The InsightFlow Dashboard provides an overview of user responses based on key variables such as satisfaction, gender, and age.

In the Overview Dashboard, users can review audience reactions across different plot points, including metrics for satisfaction levels, emotional responses, and biometric data. This enables content creators to gain a deeper understanding of audience engagement and emotional shifts throughout the content.

Satisfaction  

The graph presents audience satisfaction responses for each stage of the 12-step story structure (plot points), allowing creators to evaluate how well the storytelling aligns with audience expectations.

By analyzing the satisfaction levels at each plot point, creators can assess whether the intended narrative flow and emotional beats are effectively delivered. Highlighted scenes with high satisfaction scores and low score scenes are also displayed, providing actionable insights for improving story engagement.

Emotion Map 

The Emotion Map visualizes audience affect responses across different plot points in the story structure.

The emotional reactions are categorized into six primary affect: Happiness, Sadness, Anger, Fear, Surprise, and Unpleasantness. This breakdown provides a detailed understanding of how each plot point influences audience affect, allowing creators to assess whether the intended affect impact is achieved at each stage of the narrative.

Flow Score

The Flow score chart provides insights into biometric response metrics across different plot points in the content.

This visualization allows creators to evaluate the audience’s physiological reactions, including Empathy, Arousal, Concentration, and Boredom, at specific plot stages. By analyzing these responses, creators can assess the narrative direction and adjust content to enhance audience engagement and  immersion.
